January!

Wow what a month this has been! We moved to Boise the beginning of the month and were able to move into our new townhome on the 3rd. We have two levels with our kitchen and living room downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs and then a bathroom on each level.

We have enjoyed our stay in Boise so far. We have explored and found some fun places, mainly Target, winco and the Library. We are excited to explore and discover more places as it gets warmer outside.

Andy has started his first semester at Boise State University. He is enjoying his classes and getting used to having to do homework again. His classes are mainly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, which is nice to have tuesdays, thursdays and Saturdays to work.

I have been enjoying staying home with Katelyn. Currently I have been working on getting caught up on my sewing projects, organizing our favorite recipes together and finding new ones to try and also finding time to work out. Bob Harper is kicking my butt!! At the beginning of the year I made it a goal to eat healthier and workout to try and get back to my pre-pregnacy weight. Currently I am keeping my motivation by earning points each day for doing 5 specific things and when I earn specific numbers of points, 50...100...150, I get different rewards. Currently I am nearing 65 points which I am very excited about.

Katelyn is a joy as ever. She has been learning lots of new things since living here. She can climb up and down the stairs, she says momma, dada, and cat. She can climb on the couch (with the help of a box). Katelyn has 4 teeth and one more coming in. She loves squash, raspberries, bananas, mushrooms and pears. Here are recent pictures of her.

  1. Such cute pictures! I love the spaghetti face. That orange color stains nicely doesn't it? What a cutie!
