Kitchen Aid
isn't it beautiful!!
Guess what?? We finally got it! OUR VERY OWN KITCHEN AID!! We are both very excited for it. And the best part is that it was 6 buck. Yeah thats what I said 6 dollars. Awesome right?? We decided that we were going to make chocolate chips in it to break it in. Its amazing having it. We also bought a cookie scoop yesterday so that we can just scoop out the cookie dough on to the sheet instead of getting our hands all gross with cookie dough.
Making the cookies was quite an andventure. I spilled the sugar everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE! We decided to try a new recipe for the cookies. It was written really weird so I had to read it about 3 times to make sure I didn't forget anything crucial like sugar. Andy scooped out the cookies and i snuck some dough. It is SO GOOD!! Holy Cow. That got me really excited to try them when they were cooked.
The buzzer beeped. I took the cookies out. They didn't look appitizing in the least bit, but whos to know if they taste good. We each tryed one, they were pretty good but no where near as good as the dough. Kind of disapointing. But we still have cookies. I think I'm going to put mine into the ice cream we bought a couple days ago! :)
The cookies are so good when they cool down. WOW!
Our Lives These Days:
Mainly we have just been busy with school and work. The weather is very hard to predict what it is going to do, but we are both very ready for it to be warm and some what like summer weather. We walk mainly everywhere that we can, to school, the store, to eat, and just for fun. We went for a walk at the nature park and decided to try and feed the ducks some of our old, crusty bread. I had a very up close and personal experience with one goose.
We discovered one of our favorite places to eat about a week and a half ago. Oh my goodness, it is so good. It is a teryoki Van. You get so much food for 5 dollars (it took Andy 3-4 meals to finish all of his, thats saying alot)! We are also working on Andy catching his first fish.
wishing he could go outside and fish.
We are currently in the persuit of collecting disney movies. We are mainly just enjoying being married to each other. Wells thats pretty much us lately. Take Care.

amazing. how the heck did you get a kitchen aid for 6 dollars! I love cookie dough!
ReplyDeleteWe used the rest of our bed bath and beyond gift cards to get it. By the time we used a 20% off coupon and all of our gift cards it came out to be just over 6 dollars. We figured that we had gotten everything we wanted from that store and the kitchen aid was the only thing that was left so why not get it.
ReplyDeletethat's awesome! Andy said you wren't sure if you were going to Bear Lake or Portland for that weekend- I hope you come to Bear Lake. I need to hang out with you more.
